AJIL® Assessment Procedure
Register for the Assessment as part of your Spring 2024 Seminar registration. The fee for the AJIL® assessment is $350 and includes the following.
-
Approximately three – four weeks prior to the Spring MLI you will receive an email from AJIL® Analytics which includes instructions for completing the AJIL process online. The process will take no longer than 15 minutes.
-
The MLI Presentation Team will review the results of your assessment and prepare a document that fully explains the results and the impact on you as a leader. The results of the assessment are confidential and only seen by you and your designated MLI Presentation Team member. Only you would decide to share the results with anyone else.
-
At the end of the first day of the Spring Seminar, the participants will receive the document explaining the results of the assessment. You will be asked to review the document in detail and prepare any questions you may have.
-
At the conclusion of day three of the Spring Seminar, a 75-minute presentation will be made to the entire group of AJIL® participants to fully explain the process, how to use the results and answer questions.
-
Each of the AJIL participants will be assigned to one of the members of the MLI Presentation Team for a 30 minute one on one meeting to review your AJIL® results. This meeting can take place during the remainder of the Spring Seminar week or at another time that works either in person or via Zoom.
The MLI Presentation Team is excited that we can provide the opportunity to enhance your personal analytics by using the AJIL® assessment. If you have any questions, please contact David Limardi at 847 533 0402 or Bob Kiely at 847 703 3585.
